150g egg noodle

vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
red pickled ginger
toasted mixed sesame seeds
grated ginger
splash of soy
salt + pepper
1 tsp sriracha

150g egg noodle
1 egg
vegetable oil

marinade chicken 1 hour before cooking. cook chicken thighs
cook egg noodles in boiling water
heat oil in wok/frying pan
place all fresh ingredients in hot pan, stir + add prawns + chicken
whisk egg, then add drained noodles + egg to wok
toss ingredients
add soy sauce + season to taste
plate up, adding pickled ginger + sesame seeds to garnish
